I first decided to join Quick Fit, I saw it as an opportunity to
obtain my figure from college. however, I had no idea how
quickly I WOULD see results. At previous gyms, I would work out
for nearly 2 hours DOING A TRADITIONAL ROUTINE WITH weights and
cardio in order to get mediocre results that never really made me
look or feel differently. Upon working out 4-5 times per week for
only a half hour at Quick Fit, I was surprised to discover not
only had I lost weight and toned up more than with any other
program, I was able to fit back into clothes I hadn't worn since
High School as well! With the circuit interval training, personal
training, and slightly modified diet I had surpassed my goals in
only one month. Without a doubt, Quick Fit is the fastest, most
motivating exercise program I've ever tried and Dale and his staff
really know what they are doing!

I joined Quick Fit in February 07' my goal was to lose twelve pounds
and I hoped to decrease my clothing size by one or two sizes. Much
to my surprise – and delight – after just six months of visiting
Quick Fit three or four times a week, slightly modifying my diet and
walking a few hours a week I have lost twice as much weight as my
original estimate. More importantly, I have gained flexibility and
strength, improved my balance, increased my stamina and have
discovered my energy level has risen significantly – all of these
health benefits are crucial in maintaining an active lifestyle for
older adults. I credit Dale for much of my success in
achieving these results. He is exceptionally knowledgeable in the
fields of exercise science and nutrition and ensures each new member
is comfortable with using the various machines and designs an
individualized program suited to his or her needs. Dale has a
finely-tuned sense of the degree of encouragement and challenge to
provide to his members, and he strives to make sure each member is
able to attain an optimal cardio and resistance workout in each

benefit is the confidence you have in knowing each session is a
complete workout.

I PERSONALLY USED CIRCUIT INTERVAL TRAINING IN THE ARMY AND IT WORKS. IT IS ALSO EASY TO MAKE MINOR ADJUSTMENTS TO THE DIFFERENT LEVELS OF FITNESS AND DESIRED OUTCOMES OF EACH INDIVIDUAL; WITHOUT CHANGING THE SYSTEM. A 30-MINUTE WORKOUT TO IMPROVE LIFE, ENERGY, HEALTH AND THE WAY YOU FEEL ABOUT YOURSELF.
RANDY S: I LIKE HOW QUICK FIT GETS YOU WHERE YOU WANT TO BE IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME. DALE HELPED ME WORK ON MY EATING HABITS AND SUGGESTED SOME CHANGES WHICH HAVE GIVEN ME SOME DRAMATIC RESULTS. MAKING CHANGES IN MY DIET ALONG WITH USING THE QUICK FIT EXERCISE PROGRAM HAS MADE ME FEEL SO MUCH BETTER ALREADY AND IN THREE SHORT WEEKS I WENT FROM 213 TO 198 AND MY PANTS SIZE WENT FROM 38 TO 34. BOB AND BETSY R: WE LIVED IN NORTH CAROLINA FOR MANY YEARS PRIOR TO MOVING TO SYLVANIA. WE HAD OUR OWN PERSONAL GYM COMPLETE WITH FREE WEIGHTS AND EIGHT SEPARATE NAUTILUS STATIONS. WE HAVE BOTH BEEN INTO FITNESS AND WEIGHT LIFTING MOST OF OUR LIVES. WE JOINED BALLY’S A FEW YEARS BACK WHERE WE WORKED OUT 5 DAYS A WEEK. OUR 45-MINUTE WORKOUT THERE SOMETIMES TOOK 1 ˝ TO 2 HOURS, WHICH WE DIDN’T ALWAYS HAVE. WHEN DALE INVITED US TO QUICK FIT WE WERE SKEPTICAL BUT SINCE WE HAD TRAINED WITH HIM AT BALLY’S AND KNEW HIS PERSONAL COMMITMENT TO FITNESS WE DECIDED TO GIVE IT A TRY. OUR FIRST 30 MINUTES WORKOUT WITH DALE AT QUICK FIT WAS ONE OF THE MOST PRODUCTIVE WORKOUTS WE HAD EVER DONE, NOT TO MENTION ONE OF THE MOST TIME EFFICIENT. SINCE JOINING WE HAVE BOTH ATTAINED A HIGHER LEVEL OF FITNESS AND LESS BODY FAT. WE NOW ONLY WORKOUT FOR 30 MINUTES 3 TIMES A WEEK AND ARE AT ONE OF THE HIGHEST FITNESS LEVELS OF OUR LIVES THANKS TO THE QUICK FIT PROGRAM.
RUBY A: I AM A 74 YEAR OLD FEMALE WHO SUFFERED A
STROKE IN 2005. I TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ALL THE PHYSICAL THERAPY
THAT WAS AVAILABLE AND FELT I WOULD CONTINUE TO REGAIN TOTAL USE OF

ULTIMATELY CONTACTED HAPPENED TO BE DALE SHEPPARD AT QUICK FIT (THAT
WAS MY LUCKY DAY!!!) I KNEW AFTER TALKING WITH DALE AND A
WEEKEND OF SERIOUS CONSIDERATION THAT I NEEDED TO GET INVOLVED.
THAT WAS THE FIRST WEEKEND IN JUNE OF '07. I AM NOW IN MY
SECOND MONTH OF THREE VISITS PER WEEK FOR ONE HOUR EACH. AFTER
THE FIRST TWO WEEKS MY FRIENDS BEGAN TO TELL ME HOW MUCH BETTER I
SOUNDED WHEN I TALKED WITH THEM. THAT WAS VERY ENCOURAGING TO
ME. DALE IS HELPING ME TO KNOW I CAN GET BACK PART OF WHAT I
AM MISSING THROUGH HIS PATIENCE, PROFESSIONAL GUIDANCE, STRENGTH
TRAINING, PERSISTENCE AND BELIEF THAT I CAN BE MUCH BETTER. IT
IS DEFINITELY WORKING FOR ME, AND PERHAPS WOULD FOR YOU ALSO IF YOU
NEED HELP GETTING THROUGH A DIFFICULTY YOU HAVE ENCOUNTERED.
THIS IS NOT EASY, BUT MOST THINGS THAT ARE WORTH PURSUING ARE NOT.
IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR THIS TYPE OF SERVICE, I CERTAINLY WOULD NOT
HESITATE TO RECOMMEND THE RELAXED ATMOSPHERE OF QUICK FIT AND THE
