Quick Fit, Your Fastest Way To Fitness

What is Quick Fit?  It is a co-ed express fitness center with a program that integrates cardiovascular (active rest stations) and strength training (resistance stations) exercise along with stretching into a complete 30 minute workout commonly referred to as circuit interval training. Our innovative program also integrates the use of various other dynamic activities (medicine balls, stability balls, resistance bands, plyometrics, etc) to make our program the most effective while keeping it fun and enjoyable.

Why Quick Fit over other facilities or programs?  Quick Fit accommodates today’s busy lifestyles and provides members with a safe, very effective and efficient way to get healthy and fit. Most clubs programs are outdated and can only work if you invest large amounts of time using their traditional methods investing up to 2 hours per day. Quick Fit’s program produces similar if not better results in about a ½ hour per day just click over to our testimonial page and see what our members say about their experience.

How does Quick Fit get me healthy and fit?  It does so by providing members with an activity program that meets the recommendations established by both the American College of Sports Medicine and the Surgeon General. Also, we provide members with nutrition support to maximize their results in the minimum amount of time.

How often should I come to Quick Fit?  We recommend at least every other day at first (3-4x/week) then if you feel your body is adapting and you aren’t getting as sore then you can add additional days. Just remember not to over do it and listen to your body.

How many cycles should I do?  Eventually, you should be doing at least 3 cycles so that you maximize your results. If you can not complete 3 cycles at first try to get to 3 cycles as soon as possible. If you feel you can do more than 3 cycles make sure you are working hard enough on each station and if you are then you can add more if needed.

What are your hours?  To accommodate the different schedules of our members we are open from 6am-9pm Monday-Friday and 8am-2pm Saturday and Sunday. We do not close during the day like many other express fitness centers since we feel everyone has different schedules and should have a place they can go when it is convenient for them.

What do I get with my membership to Quick Fit?  Unlimited access 7 days/week within the hours mentioned above along with free access to our boot camp classes. Also, we recommend every member schedule an orientation/first workout to maximize their results and to familiarize them with our program. We will demonstrate proper technique and suggest the best exercises to increase their programs effectiveness. We will do an initial assessment to benchmark their flexibility, blood pressure, measurements, body fat levels, and BMI. We will also determine calorie needs and supply new members with a sample meal plan that corresponds to their calorie requirement showing them what their daily food intake should look like and what choices to make. Members will automatically get a discount and have the ability to log/journal your workouts and nutrition online at quickfit.dailyburn.com which will help keep you on track as you go.


Can I get additional assistance if needed?  Yes, we offer personal training, doubles training and small group training that will accelerate how fast you reach your goals and help you stay on track while keeping you motivated. We will work within your schedule to make it convenient for you while keeping it affordable.


I take supplements and vitamins can I get them at Quick Fit?  Yes, we have a full line of retail items from the top nutritional supplement manufacturers at great prices. We can also order anything you need if you don’t see it stocked and typically have it for you by the time you are in for your next workout making it convenient for you. You can also get bottled water and other cold beverages that will help you stay hydrated and energized.
