Q: What personal reason(s) influenced you to enroll
in the Quick Fit Quick Results 90 Day Challenge? A: My
sister influenced me to join. She has gotten great
results so I wanted results too. Also, my kid's doctor also
made me realize that I need to learn myself how to eat right and get
exercise so they can learn how to lead a happy and healthy
lifestyle.
Q: What were your initial challenge goals? A:
I really was just tired of climbing stairs and being out of breath.
When the kids would ask me to do things with them I was too tired.
I wanted to be able to do things with them for longer than 10
minutes without being tired.
Q: How successful were you at meeting the goals you
set? A: I was very successful at reaching my
goals. I now have so much more energy and things like climbing
stairs and running around with my kids are not a problem any more.
Q: How did you measure your own success during the
challenge? A: I can not get over how many people
compliment me, it feels so good and I hope they see me as an
inspiration for themselves. Every time I dropped a pant size I
knew I was doing things right.
Q: How were you able to stay on track during the
challenge? A: I have a great support team behind
me, family and friends. They all know this was very important
to me not just for a little while but for the rest of my life.
Also, the Quick Fit Staff has no idea how much they have
helped me.
Q: Did you use nutritional supplements or hire a
Quick Fit fitness trainer and if so how did it help? A:
I did hire a fitness trainer who did a wonderful job and pushed me
more than I would if I had to do it alone, although I am getting
better at pushing myself. I also attend most of the classes,
they have great things to do during the Quick Rip class and Boot
Camp class. I know some people think they do not need a
trainer but they are wrong. The staff knows the right
exercises for me on my legs and arms, they give you the tools to
help you reach your goals. I could not have gotten this far in
such a short time without help from the training staff.
Q: Who would you like to inspire to follow your lead
and take part in a future Quick Results Challenge and why?
A: I hope I inspire my cousins, because life is a little
easier without carrying around and extra 50-100 pounds. I was
one who always said I did not need to do exercise classes or join a
gym, I thought I was happy where I was but the truth is I hated it.
I love the path I have chosen and I will not ever go back to where I
was.

Q: What personal reason(s) influenced you to enroll in
the Quick Fit Quick Results 90 Day Challenge? A:
I got tired easily and could not run around with my son or bend over
to pick him up very well. I wanted to be able to do so much
more with him and be around for him for a long time. Also, a 5
year old boy can be very hard to keep up with so I had to step up in
order to be able to do that.
Q: What were your initial challenge goals? A:
To lose weight and become healthier. No goal weight was
really set but I lost more than what I thought I would. I
wanted to function on a daily basis without being tired or winded
and Quick Fit helped me get there.
Q: How were you able to stay on track during the
challenge? A: I'm a competitive person and the
"Challenge" was very motivating for me. Going to workout with
friends also made it easier because we were supporting each other.
Q: How did you measure your own success during the
challenge? A: The difference in the way my
clothes fit and hearing compliments were definitely encouraging, but
waking up each day and feeling healthier was most motivating for me
. Once I started seeing changes with everything overall, it
really pushed me to keep going strong.
Q: Did you use nutritional supplements or hire a Quick
Fit fitness trainer and if so how did it help? A:
Yes, hiring a trainer made me work harder and taught me what type of
exercises were most effective for me and pushed me to do my best.
Q: Who would you like to inspire to follow your lead
and take part in a future Quick Results Challenge and why?
A: My friend Boz because I'm afraid we will lose him if he
chooses not to better himself and take off some weight. Also,
my husband bacause he is a great father to our son and I want him
around for the both of us and that way we can show him how to make
better choices.
